As Projects Delivery Manager at ICS Assessment Services, Kathryn oversees the day-to-day project operations, ensuring the highest quality of service is delivered to our clients. Kathryn works alongside the relationship managers and Heads of Services to establish detailed processes, performance reporting and liaises with our clients to provide real-time feedback on progress for the duration of our projects. Kathryn is a PRINCE2 qualified project manager.
