As with all emergency plans the focus will be directed on areas of critical need, however as the pandemic continues, the demand for services is likely to rise and priority areas will continue to grow.
ICS Assessment Services is currently working with several local authorities across the Country to help to bolster their Emergency planning by providing the additional capacity required to ensure that all statutory responsibilities are continued to be met.
ICS Assessment Services can assist you in the following areas:
- Front door Social Work triage service which will triage all new referrals
- Undertake a duty and assessment role so that LA employees can focus on other critical needs
- Safeguarding – carryout all initial screening on behalf of the local authority
- Providing a rapid response assessment service where required including follow up reviews in order to maintain throughput and capacity.
